About Lyn Owsiak

As an Associate Vice President of Shorewest Realtors and a full-time realtor since 1996, I have closed over 135 million dollars in in sales and helped hundreds of people realize their dream.  As a result of my success, I take pride that a large number of referrals and sales come from past sellers, buyers and friends. I am also a member of the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, a President’s Club Member and a recipient of the National Sales Award. 

When working with you as a seller, my goal is to sell your property for the best possible price in the shortest amount of time.  I will help determine the price for your home by providing a market analysis, explanation of current market conditions, recommendations in preparing your home for sale and a customized marketing plan. I will negotiate offers and handle all the details resulting in the sale of your property.

My husband and I have resided in the Town of Delafield on Pewaukee Lake for over 20 years where we raised our family.  I enjoy boating and recreational activities with our children and grandchildren who also live in Waukesha County. I also enjoy sporting events, festivals and concerts.  We are members of the Church of the Resurrection in Pewaukee.
